Spoke to customer service on 5/18/2020 to check on order status and she told me they had to recut an order due to the imperfection in the first cut! Which will take 4to 6 more weeks for delivery.

And the order was made on 4/23/2020.

The second order she said was sent out on 4/12/2020 and I still havent gotten it. She told me to check with postal service.

Hello Debra, we looked into this and show the order that was shipped on 5/12 has been marked as delivered at your mailbox. Please reference the tracking link that we sent you for the updated status and let us know if you have not received it.

The order that was sent to recut was due to a quality control issue. I can assure you that it will not take 4-6 weeks for production. We expedite all production errors to get them out as quickly as possible.

I notice you left single star reviews on all of the lines, but in your comments above you mentioned that our products look like great stuff. We would love to rectify those review lines to be more in line with your comments above if you don’t mind? We are going to do everything to ensure that your order arrives to you correctly and that you will be a happy customer for years to come.

I ordered with a Groupon on 2/1/20 and went to the website to place the order. I was charged $8.49 for shipping.

After 7 weeks I contacted them and they said the order wasn't placed. I told them I had a receipt for the shipping charge.

Then I didn't hear a thing from them. I contacted Groupon and they are reimbursing me but I'm still out the shipping charge.

Package delivery issues

I was very impressed on how quickly I received my order, however, packaging needs improvement! My order was delivered bent!

Do not order from this company! Early Nov, 2019, I placed an order in good faith that it would arrive in time for Xmas, as stated on their website.

Did Not Happen! In fact, I did not hear from them again until I contacted them in Jan, 2020 to inquire about my order! Of course, they had already processed my credit card! I received several excuses, was willing to accept apologies and receive my order in Jan.

figuring Xmas is behind us now, I'll just save the gifts for next year! However, only one piece arrived, and had to contact them again about the rest of my order! More excuses and the order finally came on Feb 14! Happy Valentine's Day!

The items look nice, but there are other companies who do the same work!

Go elsewhere! Not worth the hassle!

Beware!

I placed an order in good faith on Nov 7, 2019 with a promise that it would arrive before Xmas! They quickly processed the order and charged my card.

The order did not arrive and I did not hear from them at all! I had to contact them! It took days to respond with some excuse about their software!

Long story short, today is Feb 10, 2020 and I just received an email stating the last of my Xmas order had shipped! The entire experience was a complete debacle!

Metal Unlimited - If you can wait three months for your order the product is good

I ordered a personalized gift for my parents on November 4, 2019. I sent my first email on November 26th asking for a status and telling them that I needed it by Christmas.

I received the response that it typically takes 4/6 weeks to produce and ship out the product. On December 21st I emailed again letting them know that this was very bad service. The response was simply "We apologize for the inconvenience. Do you want a refund?" I asked how much longer it would be.

On December 26th the response was "I estimate it will be produced within the next 5 days and then shipped. Please let me know your preference." I said I want my order. On January 10th I followed up again letting them know at this point I was angry because it has been two full months since I placed my order. I got a same day response saying that my order has been cut and it in the powder coating phase.

On January 17th I finally received my order 2 1/2 months after I placed the order.

This kind of service is unacceptable. If the company doesn't have the manpower to keep up with the demand they should either hire more people or make sure that it's clearly posted on their site that it could take up to three months to receive your item.

Customer service is horrible, your product will NOT arrive on time, they are rude and they are unwilling to communicate and you will honestly be lucky to receive your order at all. There are a lot of companies out there that do what they do. Trust me....choose someone else.
