Placed an order for 2 signs on 11/23 and the only communication I have received is my order would ship in 3 - 4 weeks. I needed this for Christmas Eve and was hoping to find something out.

Went to their website and there is no way to check you order status. Called the phone number and got a recording that they are not taking any phone calls until 12/26! You have to email them. Once I emailed I got what appears to be a very "canned" response.

It must be set up to automatically respond with the same mumbo jumbo to anyone that emails. I can't say if I like the product, because I don't have it. This was something I ordered through Groupon.

I plan on letting them know about the poor customer service. Who knows, the product may be great, but I can say the shipping/customer service is extremely poor.

I am on the same boat. I ordered nov 23 and nothing yet.

I called but they are not taking calls. I've sent two emails and to date no reply!!
