I placed and order on April 15th, and have not received it yet . I have called customer service twice. Last call being on Friday . Girl I spoke with said it was in shipping both times. Said shipping wasn't available at the moment on break. Said she would e- mail me when they came back. Never e-mailed me. Have tried calling Customer Service Five times today. Their website allowed me to purchase a sign showing it was free with $8.49 shipping and they are not honoring my purchase I ordered a sign back on 7/31 from them. Order#549523.

Once I added the customized sign to my cart to check out the website showed that the price was free and the shipping cost was $8.49. I paid the amount and received the confirmation email stating it could take 4-6 weeks for the order. I sent an emails last week checking status Because it was past the 6 week timeframe and to update the shipping address due to us moving soon. I never received a response so I called into their customer service and got the address updated and the girl advised me she'd check with the designer because of how long I had been waiting.

Today I get an email stating I needed to pay $310 for the sign because their website had a glitch or they would cancel my order.

I sent them a screenshot of my order but they still would not honor it. I have already patiently waited 10 weeks for my order only to be told I have to pay for their companies website glitch on the price.

Hello, we'd love to respond to this. Apparently our website glitched and listed the item for free.

Obviously we can't just give our items away, and I think anyone can reason that it isn't normal for a website to give items like this away for free. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we also hope that you don't expect us to just give all of our products away for free.

Yes, I have contacted the vendor and they have sent me a reply! The vendor said that they would be sending out a replacement set of hanging magnets. Have not received the replacement magnets as of yet!

Incorrect sign order

The sign was sent missing a letter. The company assumed full responsibility and will replace! Although I had to Google the company to get a telephone number, and call a few times to reach a customer service person, when I did, ALL WAS MADE WELL!

Undelivered item

My order was paid for on 11-9-2020 and supposedly sent to my address BUT there is nothing in this package except air. I Paid for this thru PAYPAL and I even paid for express shipping and all I have to show for my order is an empty unsealed card board shipping envelope. I am still waiting for an answer. I have replied to their request for pictures of what I received. I sent them pictures of the cardboard envelope from and back but I can not send a picture of the item I did not receive.

To whom it may concern: On 12/29/2020, I placed an order, number 1000-13****-286525 thru Groupon. Unfortunately, the order placed is completely wrong. I order the 'Custom Elaborate Family Name Sign' size 11 1/2. It reads, 'EMILY &;;;;;; CALEB' 'P' 'PROW' 'EST 09.06.2020'. The price is $19.95, minus a discount of $3.99, for the grand total of $15.96. Please cancel this order. What I need is the 14 1/2, with MY information. Hopefully, I will hear from you, or after January the 4th. Then, I will reorder through 'Groupon' in order to get the discount. I am so sorry for the problem I created. Delivery issues

Metal Unlimited - Delivery issues

Delivery was not made. No such home exist.

FedEx says it was turned over to usps. Metal unlimited told me I needed to file a missing package claim. Package still not delivered. I have spoken to metal unlimited several times.

Also talked with FedEx several times. Told by both that I would need to contact the other! This is a missing package. How can fed ex turn over delivery to usps with telling me.

Instead have been told several times it shows delivered. But it was not delivered.

It is very common for FedEX and UPS to deliver packages in bulk to the local post office who then delivers the package. It is also not that uncommon for the post office to show packages as being delivered when they are not, necessarily and they advise you to wait a couple of days to see if it suddenly is delivered.

I had two packages this year that were claimed to be delivered and were not. The first one was actually delivered two weeks later by the post office and the other never showed up at all. If you paid by credit card---a wise man does this---then wait a couple of days and then contact the seller and complain. If they refuse to refund/replace then dispute the charge immediately.

The problem is usually the post office's ineptitude. When the post office says "delivered" they will also usually say where and how, eg., "place in mailbox" or "handed to customer, etc." If you can track the package take a close look and see what it says about the actual delivery. Don't blame the seller on this, however it is also not your fault.

If the tracking shows a non-existent delivery address, then I suspect it is gone---somewhere and this would be a good reason for a dispute to be approved, etc. Good luck.
